I can't help but keep looking up now to make sure he didn't find his way back in. Great, another thing to be paranoid about.

Holy Bat Man!!!!
Todd is my hero. He was able to get another critter out of our house. Looked up on the ceiling this evening and was shocked to find a bat hanging from the log. At first, it kind of looked like a tarantula but then I knew what it must be. A BAT!!! Had to wake Todd up from his nap before work. Thank goodness for the Internet. Looked up "how to get a bat out of your house" and there was the solution instantly. It was a success, however, I do feel sorry for the bat as he was left on a rock cold and shivering. We took him from his obviously comfortable warm resting spot and put him out in the cold.
I can't help but keep looking up now to make sure he didn't find his way back in. Great, another thing to be paranoid about.

First Official Family Day
We spent family day in the city. We ate at the Elbow Room where the girls got to practice their French and then took a walk around Stanley Park. I like this new holiday.
Time to work on those Valentine's cards too.
Vanessa Attempts the Board
Vanessa has been taking swimming lessons and was brave enough to try the diving board. She was so scared at first but after one jump, we couldn't get her off it to go get showered and changed.
